Other Fees and Charge

Early Termination Fee

$150 early termination fee will be applied when an ADSL service is terminated within contract period

Relocation Fee. Relocation fee will be applied when you change ADSL service location (even if you retain the same phone number)

$199 Relocation fee will be applied when an ADSL service is relocated prior to 6 months of use

$129 Relocation fee will be applied when an ADSL service is relocated after 6 months of use

Speed Change Fee

$60 speed change fee will be applied each time when you request to vary the ADSL line speed.
