300 Minutes STD and International Call is so easy to use. Once your ADSL Broadband service is ready, you will be issued a unique account number and PIN, which will be sent to you with your Internet login details. Then all you need to do is simply follow 3 easy steps:

Step 1
Dial the local access number :

Local Access numbers:

Step 2
Listen to the prompts, enter your unique 6-digit account number followed by the “#” key and then enter the 4-digit PIN.

Example: Card number: 123456# and PIN: 1234

Step 3
Listen to the prompts, then dial the number you wish to call. To make STD or International call, simply dial :

0011 + (country code) + (area code) + (local phone no) than dial # key

Example 1 - To make STD call from Melbourne to Sydney:
Dial Melbourne Access number (i.e. 8687 5488)
Enter your unique 6-digit account number followed by “#” key and the 4-digit PIN (e.g. 123456# 1234)
Dial 0011 + country code + area code + local phone number + “#” key (e.g. 0011 61 2 9123 4567#)
Example 2 - To make International call from Brisbane to UK:
Dial Brisbane Access number (i.e. 3014 7628)
Enter your unique 6-digit account number followed by “#” key and the 4-digit PIN (e.g. 123456# 1234)
Dial 0011 + country code + area code + local phone number + “#” key (e.g. 0011 44 20 7123 4567#)
