"Change Detail". Click on 'Change Detail"'
link and and enter your password, you will be taken to a
page where you type in you new password.

do?
To retrieve your password, go to our website. You
will see a link that says 'Forgot your password?'. Click
on that link and you will be prompted to enter your
username. Enter you username and your password will be
delivered to your email address that is in your membership
account information.

information?
Once you login to your account you will see a menu on your
member page. Click on 'Edit Member Info' link and you will be

You can click on the specific phone card link or image, which will take you to detailed rates and
the disclaimer for that card.

Shopping Cart?
Once you click "View Cart" button you will be
seeing the contents of your Shopping Cart. On the right of
each item in your cart Example the symbol of " X
" button, there is a click able button that you can
use to remove items.
» After I've added items to the
Shopping Cart, how do I check out?
Click "Checkout" and you'll be taken customer
login screen. If you are an existing customer do a login
so we can retrieve your information for you. If you are a
new customer please fill out the membership form and click
login and click "checkout". You'll be taken to
the "Payment Info" page where you can enter your
Credit Card information.
» How much worth of Prepaid Calling
Cards can I buy?
New Member: To protect our new customer first order, we
limit our customer to purchase a maximum of $10 worth of
prepaid calling cards per user to try our
products/service.
Existing Member: To protect our customers, we limit our
customers to purchase a maximum of $50 worth of prepaid
Calling Cards per user account per day.
» When I purchase a Calling Card,
how do I receive the PIN number?
Pre-Member: For trial our service/product, you only can
buy $10 worth calling card and your PIN with your
activation code will be sent to your residential address
by post mail. For your
second purchase, you have to wait until you activate your account.
OzMember: PIN will be sent to your email instantly
and will be printed on the screen as well.
» How soon will I be able to use the
card after I purchase it?
You will be able to make calls
immediately once you received the pin number.
» How do I use my Calling Card?
Here are the steps to follow:
1. Dial Your Access Number.
2. Enter your Calling Card PIN Number.
3. For Australia Area Code + Number.
For International: Dial 0011 + Country Code + City Code +
Number + #
» How many minutes does each
denomination provide?
The number of minutes available is determined based on the
rate to the country you are calling. So, each time you use
your Calling Card to place a call, the number of minutes
available for that particular call will be calculated by
the calling cards companies system and will be announced
to you before the call connects.
» How can I pay for the Calling
Cards that I want to purchase?
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD , BANKCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS,
DINERS CLUB, By direct deposit, by cheque, and by money
order.
» Can I purchase your Calling Cards
over the phone?
No. You can only purchase our Calling Cards on our
website.
» Will I receive periodic bills?
This is a Prepaid Calling Card service. You will pay in
advance so you will never receive a bill.
» Can I transfer the balance on my
Calling Card?
No. You can't transfer any remaining balance on your
Calling Card.
» Each Calling Card has access
numbers. Are they all the same?
No. You have to dial the access number you are given for
that specific Calling Card. Each type of Calling Card has
different access numbers.
» When I purchase a Calling Card,
will I receive the actual Calling Card in the mail?
No. We do not send actual Calling Cards to you. To protect
our customers with your first purchase we will send you a
welcome kit to your mailing address. This is the only time
you will receive mail from us. In this welcome kit you
will have your account activation number and PIN for your
first transaction only. Once you get the
welcome kit and your account activation number all you
have to do is to come back to the site and activate your
account. From that point on you will be receiving your
Prepaid Calling Cards pin numbers right on screen. When
you buy a new card with your active account you will be
able to receive the pins on the screen instantly.
» Can I get refund or
replacement is provided for lost, stolen or expired PINs

Prepaid Calling Cards PINs are non-refundable. No refund or
replacement is provided for lost, stolen or expired PINs
or for unauthorized use.
For inaccurate billing or missing minutes on your card,
you need to contact the phone card issuing company
