If you are using hotmail or yahoo email account to sign up in our website, then please follow this  instructions to make sure you will get the pin by email as well without any problem. Because we receive several complains from user who are using free hotmail or yahoo email account, saying that they didn't receive our email. Apparently hotmail or yahoo put our email inside your  junk Email or spam box.
 

If you are using Hotmail email account Please follow these instructions to make sure you will receive our email inside your Hotmail inbox: Log on to your hotmail email account Click Mail , then options (next to the help link , located on the top right side) Click on the Junk E-mail Protection Click on Safe List link Then key in ozprepaidcards.com.au in the'Type an address or domain:' field  then click the Add button

If you are using Yahoo email account Please follow these instructions to make sure you will receive our email inside your yahoo inbox: Log on to your yahoo e-mail account Click on Add Contact  button Add new contact with this detail : name= OzPrepaidCards Email = admin@ozprepaidcards.com.au Then Click Save Contact.
