• Service fee of twenty cents is charged on the day when the phone card is first used and every seven days thereafter
• Calls are charged in one minute blocks, minimum of five minutes charge per call
• Final call charges rounded up to the nearest five cents.
• A connection fee of twenty cents applies for every call to Cambodia (include mobile), Vietnam Hanoi and Vietnam Saigon.
• A connection fee of fifty cents applies for every call to Vietnam (other cities) and Vietnam mobile.
• A disconnection fee of twenty five cents applies for every call greater than ten minutes
• Call to international mobile may incur a higher rate.
